Faith Girton, Counseling Intern

"There is NOTHING that you can't achieve!"

If you are looking for a professional to partner with you to help you maximize your potential whether that is on a field, a court or the classroom, Faith Girton is here for you.

While new to counseling,  Faith has spent many hours in mentoring and caregiving roles which makes supporting people come as second nature to her. Under the supervision of our Clinical Director, she will gladly work with you to address the stresses of relationships, personal growth and achievement. Having a counselor you feel comfortable with is critical as you work to prioritize your emotional well-being and achieve your personal goals, and Faith is here to help.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, and now comfortably planted in the Indianapolis area, Faith has always had a passion for helping others. She comes from a loving, supportive, and close-knit family, where she is the oldest sibling and caregiver to her pet turtle.

When she's not counseling, Faith is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and she enjoys dancing, baking, and volunteering. Her love for dance dates back to her childhood dreams of becoming a dancer. She's a strong advocate for social justice and human rights, particularly within the Black community.

Faith holds a bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing her master's degree. During her undergraduate years, she was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, such as starting a natural hair club, Campus Curls and Coils, and being a part of organizations like BSU and WOCLI.

As a former athlete, Faith has a particular interest in working with student athletes, especially those who desire to excel in their chosen sports. She has personally invested in learning about sports psychology in an effort to build strong connections with athletes. But make no mistake, whether you're an athlete or not, she's committed to helping you grow and succeed.

Faith is currently accepting new clients, ages 16 and up for in-person or virtual sessions. Please call our office at 317-471-8996 to schedule with her today.
