Your Quality-of-Life Matters!

As a professional who has served individuals and families of all ages, I know how easy it can be to have things feel ‘off track’. Whether you’re experiencing a crisis or have just recognized you’re ready for more, I’m glad to help.

As a clinically licensed social worker with more than 20 years of experience, I am excited to work with clients facing a wide range of concerns from general mental health needs such as, anxiety, depression and grief to more complex family and parenting challenges including adoption and life transitions. My professional journey has taken me through periods of working with the child welfare system, client advocacy, and most recently as a college professor.

Our work together will be engaging and interactive. We are partners in your well-being. I am proud to offer you a nonjudgmental, supportive, and compassionate space for your healing. I want to help you identify barriers that are keeping you from having the life you desire. Your sessions will be tailored to meet your goals and specific needs. I’m available for individual, group, and teletherapy.

I believe in a balanced life, so when I’m not working, I enjoy reading, making crafts, walking, and spending time with family.

It takes courage to acknowledge that you need help. Kudos to you for taking that first step! Let's talk, set some goals, and work together to get you on the road toward living your best life.

I look forward to meeting you!
