Shed That Imposter Syndrome NOW!

Ever feel like you’re one big “fake it ‘til you make it” act? You’ve got the skills, the experience, and the drive, but something inside keeps whispering, “Girl, you’re not good enough.”

That’s the voice of imposter syndrome, and trust me—you’re not alone in hearing it. So many of us, especially as Black women, are out here doubting ourselves when we have every reason to be confident.

And don’t even get me started on the anxiety that follows.

But here’s the thing: You deserve to feel confident and show up fully, without that nagging voice tearing you down. That’s why I’m inviting you to The Big Reset: Reinvent, Refocus, Reignite, a 3-day challenge where we’ll tackle these exact feelings head-on.

By the end of this challenge, you’ll be able to recognize those old imposter thoughts for what they are—just thoughts, not truths. And you’ll walk away with the tools to quiet that anxiety and finally start moving through your days with the confidence you deserve.

2. Write down 3 things you’re proud of that you’ve accomplished in the last year, no matter how small. Seeing your wins on paper helps quiet that voice telling you you’re not enough.

3.  When that imposter voice creeps in, try the “name it” technique. Simply acknowledge it and say, “There’s that imposter voice again.” Naming it separates you from the thought and gives you control over how much power it has.
