Indianapolis veteran educators turned authors have released a new book: Drag ‘Em Kicking and Screaming: Your 7 Step Action Plan to At-Risk Student Success.
Drag ‘Em Kicking and Screaming is a narrative collection of tools written by educators with a passion for connecting with children in an effort to support their development. It speaks to hard working teachers, administrators, counselors, social workers, youth care workers, foster parents and clergy with a user friendly approach that inspires and empowers in one easy to read package.
About the authors:
Sisters, Elizabeth and Calvalyn began their work with at-risk youth along-side their parents in the family church, and both went on to receive master’s degrees in counseling.
Building upon the model he saw from his father, a renowned educator himself, Reginald has used his career to support thousands of children as teacher, coach, administrator and foster parent.
Reginald, Elizabeth and Calvalyn have used their combined 25+ years of experience, in and around schools working with students and families, to author a book filled with practical tips that will make a difference in the lives of youth.
