Growing up has never been easy, but life for kids today is more challenging than ever. When your child’s normal emotional ups and downs take a turn for the worse, Natasha is here to help!
Natasha is blessed to wear many hats: mother, grandmother, school counselor and therapist, just to name a few, so she understands the challenges of juggling many demands. The combination of her listening ear and her heart for the social and emotional well-being of children and teens means she is uniquely skilled at helping them feel seen and heard AND build the skills they need to be successful in life.
With her background in education, Natasha has helped children build their self-esteem, resolve conflicts, choose positive behaviors and decrease symptoms related to mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. She is currently accepting individual clients from tweenage to young adult for virtual sessions.
Natasha completed her undergrad degree at Indiana University and her Masters at the University of Saint Francis. When she’s not supporting the well-being of children in her community, you can find her curled up with a good book or watching HGTV after a dinner of her beloved Mexican food.
