Most of us would never think of buying a beautiful, brand new dream car and driving it for ten years, 100,000 miles, without a tune-up, oil change, or tire rotation. Most of us would laugh at a person who thought that driving through the local car wash to clean and beautify only the outside of the car would keep the car running in the most optimal way. We would completely understand if that car started to break down, malfunction, and eventually quit. Think of life as that car. We cannot just run around “living” and keeping everything beautiful on the outside without some inside maintenance. My counseling philosophy is that every one needs a tune-up on the inside. My job is to help you tune-up your life in the area that is causing you a problem. There will be times when there may be a complete crisis and there may be times when there is just a little something that needs a little tweak. I will help you through either one of these situations. I will support you through the process, and the process will be worthwhile. Learn More

You already know you love your family. You and your spouse chose to live life together and share experiences, for some version of better or worse, but lately it’s been worse than you imagined it could be.
All of us are familiar with the idea of a mission statement. In organizations the mission statement drives decisions and keeps everyone anchored to a shared passion and purpose.
Your marriage needs a mission statement too. A way of assuring that you and your spouse stay connected, clear about priorities and united in actions. A road map that says where are you going and defines success. Marriages change over time. It’s ok if the mission changes too. Children grow up, new passions develop, and individual needs fluctuate. But taking time to stay connected means that you can both take part in recreating the vision that you’ll both work to accomplish. Learn More
